She became passionate about clean eating after battling a binge eating disorder. Along with her new healthy lifestyle, she became passionate about powerlifting and healing through movement. She continued to weight lift during pregnancy and her online presence grew as she posted her pregnancy workouts to inspire other moms to move their body. Now her passion lies in holistic health for families, non-toxic swaps, and using movement for mental health. Sharing this journey on Instagram and TikTok inspires many moms across the world.
